Thank you for supporting my small business! Every physical order is carefully packed and shipped from Spain.

Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Tracked Shipping

All physical orders are shipped with a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

Alba San Studio ships to the destinations currently available at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs processing and other circumstances outside my control.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination country's regulations.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties are prepaid by Alba San Studio before shipment, so customers will not be required to pay these duties upon delivery.

For other destinations, where applicable, certain taxes or duties may be collected in advance. Any import charges not collected or prepaid before shipment are the customer's responsibility.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays that are outside my control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, I may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact me. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help find the best available solution.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package, or another delivery issue, please contact me so we can determine the best available solution. Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.
