Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital products are considered final sale once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.

If you experience any problems accessing your files, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Physical Products

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact me at albasanstudio@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the issue. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Physical orders may be cancelled before the order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Digital products cannot be cancelled once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.

Lost Packages

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best solution.
