Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be offered once the files have been delivered.
If you experience any problems accessing your files, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Physical Products
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at albasanstudio@gmail.com.
I will always do my best to find a fair solution.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best solution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the incorrect product was sent.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that digital products and physical products are subject to different refund policies. Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed, while physical items may be eligible for return under the conditions described above.
